What is the size and age limit?
One of the great things about trampolining is that anyone can do it, from young children to their parents and even grandparents. However to ensure everyone is safe, we do have a minimum age restriction of 5 years of age unless accompanied by an over 18 year old.
Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommended booking in advance to ensure you can jump when you want. Weekends and holidays sell out in advance and walk-ins cannot be accommodated if we are sold out. Click BOOK NOW to check availability and make a session booking.
I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?
Unfortunately all bookings must be paid online through the payment portal at booking stage. If you are unable to do this online, you can make a booking over the counter with cash, however this will mean you are not booking in advance and run the risk of missing out or waiting for a session with available space.
Is my booking refundable or transferrable?

What time should I arrive for my booking?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to booked jump time to check in and get ready for you session.
What do I wear & are there change rooms available?
We recommend athletic clothing with some stretch. Baggy jeans are fine or tracksuit pants and long sleeve shirts are recommended. Our grip are compulsory for hygiene purposes and to avoid slipping. These can be added to your order for an additional £2 and used again at all subsequent visits.
Can I bring my own food?
Due to food health & safety, no self-catering is allowed.
Is there a weight limit?
Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper is 120kg. Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping.
Is trampolining good for me?
Yes. Trampolining is one of the best form of exercise there is!
